NEW TERMS: -We now accept broadcast stations, Internet stations, syndications (up to 7 per entity), liner services, production houses, networks (up to 7 per entity), individual jocks, individuals, sole corporations or companies, or any individual party willing to abide by the following rules and regulations:
1) The IRS discs 1-5 are copyright 1965-2006 by Ben Freedman.
2) Licensee understands and agrees that in the case of liner service or production house use - each and every end user of the IRS materials MUST be licensed by Ben Freedman Productions via direct sale at www.instantradiostation.com or through one of Ben's authorized distributors.
3) Licensee may not dub the IRS except for use in airplay or audio productions and not in the open on a way others could use the beds or effects in any other productions.
4) Licensee agrees to make one (one only) safety copy of the IRS within 30 days of receipt in order to avoid a request for free replacements down the line and to serve as back up masters.
5) The IRS beds or effects may not be "originally sung over" by any other singers than licensor's singers. Yes, licensee may combine the IRS materials with jingles from other jingle companies.
6) Licensee may not resell (including on eBay or similar), gift or rebrand the IRS to any other party.
7) Licensee will guard the IRS from theft or abuse. .
8) Licensee will test play the discs immediately and compare against the guide sheets for correct
content. Licensee will keep the discs cleaned with a soft cloth, wiping in a circular motion.
8) Licensor will gladly replace any defective discs within 30 days after receipt. .
This license will be for usage as described above and will be for a term of 99 years.
9) The licensee agrees that the tangible discs are the property of Ben Freedman and are provided to
Licensee for dubbing use only and are considered the master copies for licensee's use.
10) If licensee is a broadcast station - it agrees to "pull" any particular beds from air - only if in obvious conflict - (a very rare situation) with comparable custom singing ID's sold by licensor to competitive stations in the market. Custom shouts or other audio item compensation will be provided by licensor to licensee (at licensor's option) and will be considered a satisfactory remedy by licensee.
