We do not process license agreements by fax, phone or email – each agreement must have a hard copy licensing agreement with original ink signature and arrive by US mail. No credit cards are accepted. Shipment will be 5 CD’s and a printed guide sheet in a neat binder – normally made within 21 days or less after receipt of agreement and payment.
